Each 55-minute lesson starts with a warm up to the latest chart hits, then a fun-filled session where you'll be taught a load of cool spins and pole tricks, and then we'll put everything you've learned into a lively routine to music.

Classes cost just £8, or for a limited time only, if you book a course of 7 classes I'll give you your 8th class free!
