Student Pole Dance Classes

Calling all Southampton and Solent Uni students!

Pole dancing is the ULTIMATE student sport! And as students, not only do you get a cracking discount on lessons - you can also become part of the uni's pole dancing societies, where you can join the regular socials... have access to additional free pole classes... visit UK-wide pole dancing competitions... and even compete in Southampton's own competitions!

Class Times

Pole dancing classes are held during term-time on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at The Mitre in Portswood, and on a Wednesday afternoon at Que Pasa in town - both just a short walk from the main campuses!

Lessons will be starting again in the week beginning 10th October, and spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!
